FUN Convention (Florida United Numismatists Winter Show)
Orlando, Florida
The Florida United Numismatists' flagship winter convention, held each January at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, and one of the largest coin shows in the world. It draws dealers, collectors, and major auction houses from across the country and internationally, and is often called the opening event of the numismatic year.
The FUN convention has run for more than 70 years and is widely regarded as the bellwether event of the numismatic calendar. Held every January at the Orange County Convention Center, it fills a massive bourse floor and attracts professional numismatists, advanced collectors, and newcomers alike.
The 2026 show featured more than 750 dealer tables and set an attendance record of over 14,000. Visitors can buy, sell, and have coins appraised, view competitive exhibits, and submit coins to the major grading services on site, and the U.S. Mint and leading numismatic organizations regularly take part.
Heritage Auctions serves as the official auctioneer and holds major sales in conjunction with the convention, often featuring significant rarities. The show also includes educational programs and a dedicated area for young collectors.
